Don't Duh Me. I haven't had to call in yet in 3 months, and when I had orientation the personel person had us write the store phone number also and said it would be a good idea because in her experiences the store didn't know about it that quick.

I think that they meant that the 1-800 number is supposed to automatically transfer your call to the store, where the phone person picks up and gets you a manager to talk to...but that doesn't always work (like this morning and i had to call the store myself) so it is a good idea to have that number readily available. Thanks for posting the number, i really appreciate it.

The number does transfer you to the store right away just so that they don't have to look i up. As soon as you get a confirmation e-mail any manager can look it up on the wire to see who called in and when. It updates every minute so the only reason they don' know yet is...because they didn't think to check so that is why you call the store.
