Was just wasting time looking at the Spark Shop at mywalmart.com, and was wondering who can wear the clothing they have on there? They have bright yellow & bright blue, we can only wear Navy. Anyone out there that can wear these colors? I love the brighter blue, So sick of Navy!

According to my personnel manager, we can wear navy, or anything with a Wal-Mart or Spark logo.
I'd check with your store's personnel manager and/or store manager to be sure how they feel about it.

you can look on the wire under knowledge center, then click on policies and find the dress code policy. It should tell you on there. I would check online first, because your management is apt to not even know what the policy actually is (like at my store, where they insist we can't wear pants with "too many pockets").

Green? Are you a Neighborhood Market store?

Wow, that's interesting. I wouldn't mind wearing a green shirt, if for no other reason than it being a change of pace. I was always told that only Neighborhood Market associates could wear green. *shrug*

Last time I checked, the corporate policy was to allow any range from a slightly darkish royal to deep dark navy blue. There's been a chart hanging in our personnel and break room for about a year. Your store may enforce different policies though. They want everyone in electronics here to wear dress shirts, but it's not corporate policy so it doesn't happen.

They took our poster down not long after the dress code started and we were told we could only wear Dark navy blue.

I ordered three of the baby blue "save money, live better" shirts with the spark on them (hey, I needed new shirts...the old ones I had were falling apart, and these are cheap/comfortable, lol) a couple weeks ago and have been wearing them ever since with no problems. My store manager and several others have actually been quite impressed with how they look and even asked where I got them.

how do the sizes run?

Well, I'm a big guy who wears a 2X and I find them to be very comfortable. Not tight at all. Don't know if that helps you out but that's all I've got, lol.

if it has a Walmart logo you should be able to wear it to work.

we are allowed to wear any shade of blue as long as it is a solid color....no patterns allowed.
